celebrates the launch of the Nike Mercurial Vapor IX alongside young German
talent

Gustavo today joined a Nike Football event in Munich, Germany, which saw 26
young footballers test their speed in a special #BEMECURIAL competition. In a game where explosive speed makes the
difference, these youngsters battled it out to prove how fast they are on the
pitch in the new Mercurial Vapor IX.
Off
the pitch, the young footballers then joined the Nike athletes at sporting
goods store Sport Münzinger, and were given the low-down on the Mercurial Vapor
IX’s innovation and design.
The
four fastest players from the Munich event will head to Paris at the end of the
month and go head to head with #BEMERCURIAL finalists from across Europe.

a key skill to being the best on the pitch and I wish the four finalists good
luck in Paris.”

Mercurial Vapor IX is engineered with a completely new upper to deliver a level

locks down the foot and prevents unnecessary movement within the boot, while a
minimal and soft heel area maximizes comfort and therefore the performance of
those wearing them.

in striking fireberry and sunset colorways, the boot makes a bold statement on
pitch. Both colorways are available to pre-order now and will be on sale from
