With eight teams already out (Kaizer Chiefs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Maritzburg United, AmaZulu, Black Leopards, Free State Stars, SuperSport United and Bloemfontein Celtic) it remains to be seen who are the next 4 to follow in the Telkom Knockout.

Quarterfinal 1 - First of these Telkom Knockout quarterfinals we have Santos hosting Platinum Stars...these 2 met not long ago in the Absa Premier Soccer League encounter and Stars thrashed the Cape side by 4-1, expect a revenge by Boebie Solomon’s side.
PREDICTION: Win for Santos

Quarterfinal 2 - This is the game of the weekend, the high flying Moroka Swallows host Orlando Pirates. The last time these two met in a cup tie it was in the MTN8 Final last season which was won by Bucs and in the same cup competition in 2008 they met in thequarters once again Bucs won 3-2.
PREDICTION: 2 -1 to Pirates

Quarterfinal 3 - Ajax Cape Town take on Golden Arrows in Cape Town with both teams going to this match having lost their midweek league matches by 2-0, 2-1 respectively. This is going to be a tight affair and it could be decided by the odd goal.
PREDICTION: 1 nil win to away team

Quarterfinal 4 - Jomo Cosmos is up against Bidvest Wits. Five of the last ten Premier Soccer League results between the 2 teams have ended in 0-0 draws.
