where we can post our grievances, motivation and value to our team... I have a
question that I would like to have its answers

where did we go wrong? Is it the coaches we have hired the past seasons?
- It is the
management?
- Or the players?
- Or it’s us the
supporters?
What
is it that is needed for our team to deliver good results? Will changing
coaches now and then help us?
Do
we have players that are worthy playing for downs''?
We
have been disappointed it’s enough; we need answers from all the stakeholders.

problem is monkey see monkey do. some team have visible stripes on their jerseys and some teams have somewhat invisible stripes on their jerseys.
i used to keep birds and one thing about doves is they pick up stripe twigs tobuild a comfortable nest.
perhaps if you will completely reed yourself of you undercover stripes the bird could have let you slide. besides you do not catch a bird by employeen a stick, birds fly and they fly high. perhaps a stick could scare a retired black leopard. because only a ghost knows how to keep a black leopard on its heels.better the bird than face a ghost my brother.
