Kaizer
Chiefs coach Stuart Baxter doesn’t trust Kgotso Moleko at right back and Lucky
Baloyi on the holding role.
Willard
Katsande and Siboniso Gaxa are already dead in those positions to say the
least. Baloyi is not a rough player like Katsande, and he can score goals.
Gaxa
can’t defend, he can’t produce good crosses either, and that makes him a
useless player on the pitch. Moleko can defend, but not good going forward.
Kingston
Nkhatha is not a Kaizer Chiefs material, but he always gets ahead of Lehlohonolo
Majoro. Knowledge Musona is still the same old Musona, missing a lot of chances
and scoring only one in a match.
George
Lebese is the best crosser of the ball currently at Chiefs, but the problem he
blows hot and cold. Mandla Masango also needs game time to gain his confidence.
Siphiwe
Tshabalala and Reneilwe Letsholonyane are clearly off-form since the season
started. Siyabonga Nkosi and Josta Dladla replace them; they look hungrier than
ever.
The
tactics used by Baxter are not part of our culture – skop and donor is not what
I used to watch in the past. Negative approaches in recent derbies have proven
Baxter doesn’t understand our culture.
At
Chiefs we need players who dribble and entertain us in stadiums.
Baxter
is addicted to these players;
·
Willard
Katsande
·
Kingston
Nkhatha
·
Ivan
Bukenya
We
wanted Khulegani Madondo, we got Ivan Bukenya. Target man football with long
balls and counters, it won’t work in derbies.
We
should have bought Luyolo Nomandela or Khama Billiat, but Baxter said the team
is ok. Tshabalala at right wing is very poor and selfish. We are heading for a
poor season.
