Domestic Transfer window to close on Friday afternoon

The domestic July-August transfer window will close on Friday afternoon, 30 August 2013 at 17h00.

This was confirmed by the Premier Soccer League (PSL) General Manager of Football, Derek Blanckensee.

“The bulk of Premier Division registrations were completed before kick-off of the 2013/14 Absa Premiership. Our office has been very busy this week mainly with National First Division (NFD) registrations. 

The NFD will kick-off this Saturday. We are expecting Friday to be a very busy day for us,” Blanckensee said.

Players who are out of contract when the window closes (free agents) can still be registered after the window has closed.
