Premier Soccer League DC Outcome

The Premier Soccer League Disciplinary Committee (DC) has made the following rulings:

FCAK: The club was convicted of fielding a player who had accumulated four cautions before their fixture against United FC.

FCAK received a fine of R10 000.00; suspended for 12 months and were ordered to pay the costs of the hearing.

Witbank Spurs: The club was charged with misconduct after it had failed to give their opponents, Mpumalanga Back Aces, access to their change room at least three hours before kick-off on 21 April 2013 before their NFD fixture at the Puma Rugby Stadium.

Witbank Spurs FC were fined R50 000.00 suspended for 12 months and were ordered to pay the costs of the hearing.

Orlando Pirates and Eric Tinkler: Both respondents were charged following insults directed by Eric Tinkler at a match official, Bafana Mosia in their fixture against Maritzburg United on 18 May 2013.

Orlando Pirates FC was acquitted but Tinkler was found guilty and sentenced to a fine of R25 000.00 suspended 12 months and was ordered to pay the costs of the hearing
