What has Andile Jali done so wrong?

The hatred shown towards Andile Jali by Bafana Bafana coach Gordon Igesund is close to madness. Jali can walk into 'any' starting XI in the world except Igesund's Bafana team. This young man has mastered the art of football in all levels of the game. Yes he's not a prolific goalscorer, but is Reneilwe Letsholonyane one? Kagisho Dikgacoi? Dean Furman?

This player should be the engine of the South African team football vehicle, the conductor of South Africa's musical football feet, the Napolean Bornabarte of South Africa's football revolution, the Tupac of rhythm and poetry in South Africa's football cipher, the foundation of South Africa's of football architecture.

Instead... we are being led to believe that Letsholonyane is 'the' solution to our to mathematical football problem, that the one dimensional Furman is 'the' Messiah who will take us to football Zion, that Dikgacoi is the catalyst to our football formula. No! I repeat... No!!! Let us condemn this nonsensical propaganda set to discredit the jewel of South African Football.

I will not be subjected to supporting a team selected out of negative agendas aimed at the young Orlando Pirates player. What is the real reason for leaving Jali out of the team? Arrogance? That is a quality associated with special players... i.e. Jomo Sono, Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Mario Balotelli, Augustine "Jay-Jay" Okocha... the list is endless.

A confident footballer with a winning mentality will always show passion and desire on the field of play, which translates to arrogance. Is it ill-discipline? Name a single coach who's worked with Jali that has complained about his professionalism. We have in the best player in the country this decade! FACT!
