Key Missing Players
1.
Andile Jali (Orlando Pirates) - He is Orlando Pirates outstanding player this
season who already stood the head and shoulders above the rest.
2.
Rowan Williams (SuperSport United) - He is the best shot stopper with advance
modern goalkeeping techniques.
3.
Hlompo Kekana (Mamelodi Sundowns) - One of the most underrated anchorman with
the highest workrate. Very good player with offensive techniques.
4.
Edward Manqele (Mamelodi Sundowns) - Very quick striker with good composure and
goals scoring techniques.
5.
Luvhengo Mungomeni (Moroka Swallows) - Another underrated defender will all the
attributes of complete modern central defender.
6.
Tokelo Rantie (Malmö FF, Sweden) - Gordon Igesund snubbed the Mzansi’s hottest
striker who is scoring avalanches of goals abroad.
7.
Teko Modise (Mamelodi Sundowns) - he got his magical moves back and he is on
top of his game. His visionary defence split passes will be missed in the team.
He is a true leader who led with example - a fighter and tactical discipline
player.
Overall Assessment
-
The coach select an imbalance team at the back with 3 left back and one right
back.
-
The midfield is okay despite lack of blistering pace. It is comprised of slowly
players which is going to work against us when pouching for counter attacks.
-
The strike force is balance with good strikers and am happy that the Premier Soccer
League underrated goal poacher Thamsanqa Gabuza is included.
-
The exclusion of another Premier Soccer League bulky striker Rodney Ramagalela
also raises an eyebrow.
Verdict: The team selection
is 7/10.
It’s
a promising team against Mozambique but not good enough team to play Brazil.
