Biggest loser SA

The contest for the biggest loser was so unexpected but it proved to be time to see as to who the biggest loser was in the Premier Soccer League (PSL). It was and is a difficult one to say as to who won the contest.

First it was Mr. Muhsin Ertuğral who lost to the students and a second division team nogal. This was a great show for Mr. Ertuğral and he could not have performed better.

More so because He distanced himself from the loss, and squarely blaming the players for it. I have never been his fan and who is to blame for all the four goals rather than him, after He destroyed the best defence that was at Kaizer Chiefs before He came back?

Then the Happy People (Orlando Pirates). Are they still happy? Well they did not look that happy when the ball rettled the net for the second goal, sending them out of the Nedbank Cup. The fact that this seemed the only cup the mighty Bucs could take to the rusty cabin, that made it even worse.

Most of the Sea Robbers still believe, for some reason, this might be a blessing in disguise since they will now focus on the Pretoria bound League trophy. Well good luck to the Ghost on that mission impossible, and to them, thanks for the great performance in the biggest loser SA.

When I had by far given Kaizer Chiefs Gold for their great show the night before, Mamelodi Sundowns came and stole it from them. It was a close contest though. It was only after the 120th minute when the supporters started chanting "Michel should go", that the biggest loser started to show where it will go.

But the major aspect that crowned the Sundowns team as a gold winners for the Biggest loser SA 2009 contest, was when the President addressed the Supporters with a short speech that went like" Re a di bona dilo tse di etsahalang mo setlhopheng, emelang Nna lona, ke tla dira kitsiso".

Directly translated thus: We see the things that are happening in the team, wait for me, I will make an anouncent.

It was very clear that the President was not happy and had made up his mind about the coach. That said, well done to the Sundowns family for winning the Biggest loser SA 2009 contest, you truly deserve it. For Amakhosi, all they need to do is to keep the current head Coach a bit longer, and they sure to cash in for the Biggest looser SA 2010.

All what Mushin did this weekend was to seal his own fate, so the hunt for the Coaches to coach the two teams, namely Chiefs and Sundowns starts today. I wish all the South African born Coaches good luck with their applications, albeit they will be head hunted as we know.

I am off to Pretoria University to register my Sports Management course.

  1. PIRATES NEEDS KILL A FEW GOATS

We really have a spell, things cannot just go from great to worse every time just like that. This particular year we have assembled the strongest but here we are we parish again. What is good perhaps would support those vying for a local coach at national level. But then Pirates is not a global standard perhaps they can compete in Afica at team level. Well I will give you guys the benefit of the doubt but how many seasons. My take is that Krol was doing better before Roslee came in and I do not know what they are trying to cook, Pirates is not that kind of a team like Supersport who been in the league for ages and it seems they are late blooming recently. Shakes departure to coach Swaziland was a very short sight. It is not Krol but that Floyed Mbele is incompetent for a team of Pirates magnitude. Time is up lets bring in Marks Maponyane to replace Micky Modisene.Ex SAFA CEO Mr. Albert Mokoena will make a superb replacement of Floyed Mbele. Steve Lekeolea must be allowed back home and perhaps he can plead with his ancestors to "cease fire". We can still smoke pipe with STeve Lekoelea, things in life happen and the very people can get it right again. We must go clean Sizwe Motaungs grave. When last have we been to Lesley Manyathela's place of rest.

Come on Bhakaniya lets have IMBIZO at Orlando and have UMSEBENZI, things will work out. At least lets get together and eat meat together and a little drinkability of African Sorghum Brew. Chiefs too need follow suit we are really loosing our ground as home of South African Soccer, very soon the main derby will be whoever but not Pirates and Chiefs. We cannot ignore Swallows and Cosmos. This loosing seem to be contagious around Jozi.
