I want to see Leal’s diski style

There reasons why Ruud Krol was better than Julio Leal. Krol in his first season he promised us to fix the defence before he went to attack. Krol’s bench had only two defenders in his three years he spent in a team.

Krol banked too much on the bench unlike Leal who always have had two defenders on the bench.  On Krol's era when Bucs is up with a slim lead he usually opted to bring a defensive midfielder so that the opponents would have no chance to come in the 18 area.

Leal uses the defenders deep by introducing a defender, and if Bucs are leading we are under pressure. I'M NOT SAYING THAT I REMEMBER KROL.

A WAY FORWARD ON LEAL SUCCESS:
1. He must ensures that he always have the best subs in the bench like Mark Mayambela and Sameehg Doutie.

2. It’s time to introduce his system as he promised. I'm aware that he said he will continue working where Krol left. Now it’s clear that he lapse to copy on Krol's system.

3. Bring Ndumiso Mabena in his spot (bench/stands).

ORLANDO PIRATES now is playing more boring football than before. The battle of mouth is not like actions on Leal. I WANT TO SEE A STYLE OF LEAL, OR HE MUST GO. No entertainment style on Krol, but there was result.

On Leal it's worse, no entertainment football and no result. FOR WHO WILL SAY it’s TOO early to compare the two they must remember that Krol lost a league with goal different to SuperSport United in his first season with new players in the team such as Rooi Mahamutsa, Benson Mhlongo, Thulasizwe Mbuyane, Katlego Mashego, Dikgang Mabalane and Siphelele Mthembu. Leal found 95% of the players that were in the team before.

I'm still waiting to see Orlando Pirates attacking like an artist and defending like a warrior.

On Tau quitting as captain of Kaizer Chiefs

BREAKING NEWS - JIMMY Tau has quit as captain of Kaizer Chiefs - for as long as Vladimir Vermezovic remains the club's coach. Your thoughts.... and who do you think will be Chiefs' next captain???

Bangos Bratislava Makhafola says: Where there is smoke there is fire. Maybe Vladimir Vermezovic lashed out at Tau and now Tau had enough. Vermezovic is destroying Kaize Chiefs just like the way Ernst Middendorp did. He forced Arthur Zwane to retire and in a very humiliating way. Players can not quit out of the blue just dislike their coach with no reasons. VV is a dictator and for that he must go. VV must go ASAP. AND THAT’S A FACT!!!

READ FULL STORY:

FraizerChiefs Methuli
I said it before that this Vladimir Vermezovic guy lack respect remember what he did with Abia Nale + Kaizer Motaung Jnr. not forgetting what he did with Elsa Storm now it’s Jimmy Tau, I wonder who is next on his criticism list maybe Bobby Motaung himself, as for the captain Tinashe Nengomasha will do well.

Sue Naturena-Queen Parage-Kabongo
Are you serious Khosi? Well Josta Dladla is the man or Itumeleng Khune!

Tito Silihasa
@ Fraizer I know and I agreed with you just after that publication, some were fuming at you in defence of this VV guy... to answer the question, I like it when people don't want to listen, I’ll go for Josta Dladla if anyone will want to accept it.... mkhululeni agoduke Makhosi. There are good players who can't be good leaders, Khune does not seem calm to be captain but it’s just a view maybe Shabba!

Mpho Makhura
Shabba will never be a good captain rather give it to Itumeleng Khune or Tefu Mashamaite.

Norman Ndlovu Bheki
They had a problem about the penalty George Lebese missed. It seems Tau didn’t like what the coach said that the senior players were scared to take responsibility including Tau. The gaffer was wrong, but we have to understand if the team loses the pressure come to him. Even me I do blame the likes of Jimmy Siphiwe and Yeye for not taking that penalty. Hope they will come with the best solution fast, we don’t need divisions in our team' Rise Khosi Rise!

Tito Silihasa
No one while VV is still the coach, me starting to feel better now... thanks after him Josta Dladla please.....

Ngoako Wa-Lekhosi Phooko
Who is de deputy? Tinashe Nengomasha, so I think he deserves it and as for Tau quitting, it’s not the end of de world as long as he won’t cause trouble and division in de team. RISE Khosi RISE!

FraizerChiefs Methuli
Thank you Tito, VV is failing our team big time he let good players leave the team + some of the players want to leave us because of him… question is for how long?

Simphiwe Mzotho
Let's not be surprised if we don't see Jimmy Tau in the starting line up in the following games, that's how VV operates, if u have beef with him u warm the bench forever, e.g. Abia Nale. I've said it before that there are huge problems at Chiefs that we, the supporters know nothing about. Even in our game against Arrows you could see that the players were pulling themselves. Something is seriously wrong and it needs to be rectified as soon as possible for the benefit of everyone associated with Kaizer Chiefs.

Ngoako Wa-Lekhosi Phooko
Easy Makhosi, we can’t be arguing and pointing fingers. Let’s wait for management to brief us and give us a way forward, I know it’s hard when things like these happen. I know that this is the end of Tau's reign as captain but the beginning of the team to pick the pieces and start winning games. MARK MY WORDS!

Norman Dnomza Mampane
Currently no player can lead Chiefs, unless they change their attitude towards the game, who knows maybe this is a blessing in disguise… Chiefs will always be there with or without Tau as captain + kana lene Tau ona le batinyana maybe re tla winner league, thinks for stepping down baba...

Norman Ndlovu Bheki
What happen ka right it dos happen ka left so it will be wise for the armband 2 b placed on the left side for Zhaimu Jambo that will be good for his confident the boy is good. Although Tinashe will take the armband since he is Tau's vice captain.

Xolani Mwale
The management sucks! Bobby is useless!

Mteza Mapinda
I talked to one of my fellows about Tau's performances this season, very poor by his standards, not effective going forward and not good even at the back, I don't know why. What kind of a captain will just go down after his player missed a penalty? Who went to George to encourage him after he missed that penalty? Kaizer will have to decide, it must now be clear who is bigger between Tau/players/coach and Kaizer Chiefs? Please help me find a labour / law that says a manager/coach must not shout at workers. If there is, then an action must be taken against VV.

Praises IceQueen Lebog
I think it’s clear that there's definitely a huge problem within our team and it looks like something that VV is struggling to resolve. Now its time for Mr. Motaung to intervenes before it’s too late.

Khutso Peace
If that is true then I might start believing in player’s power conspire doing the damage? That could mean the opportunities were deliberately missed in order to see vv being axed. Is it Khune alone fighting for VV, I mean the way he carried the injured parker out like an emergency ambulance says something else and somehow the commitment of the players fighting for an equalizer was saying ''coach you’re not going anywhere'' management better come out or Tau must be fined just like Tevez.

Praises IceQueen Lebogo
I couldn't have said it better ma self Khutso. I don't mind loosing but loosing in that fashion where players are just dragging their feet, loosing the ball and not even bother to fight for it back.... says a lot about players mindset.

Khutso Peace
If VV gets to be shown the door, then supporters power should do the same, we don't need a new coach. Doctor and ace should take over the hot sit for the sake of continuity. No to Ruud Krol no to Hristo Stoitchkov!! Threats and boycott Chiefs games is our weapon… Finish!

Lebogang Kgomo Glamour'Gunner
Nengomasha will do well, but what's wrong with this VV Guy?

Praises IceQueen Lebogo
I'd give the captaincy armband to Sweswe, Khune cracks under pressure and Tinashe collects yellow cards like they are going out fashion, which means he is likely to miss every 5th match.

Motloung Kgomotso Jonathan
General did it before I think he can do it again and VV must do his job not separate the team.

Tata Ka Lee-Ngomso
Nale cried and Tau didn’t resign, Masango was lashed at on national TV and Tau stayed as captain. Majoro and Ngcobo were shouted at and Tau stayed on. Who is he that he can’t be shouted?
Did he even care that George was morally low? Leadership is not when all is smooth but it’s when chips are down and you have to lift up your game... remember Muhsin Ertuğral once ad issues with Tau. Maybe he got issues with authority.

Qiniso Mayor Ntuli
VV must stay, Gavin Hunt he did very bad for two season but he was given chance, Bobby and his players ngazobhedala, Sir Alex is been with a team through ups n down. These players are failing and now trying to hide ngo coach, yes coach got his mistakes but that doesn't hold them to score or play beautiful soccer.

Let’s all support Orlando Pirates

Good Day Orlando Pirates Family,

Firstly I hibernated since our loss last night against United in order to calm down and in order to come back sober minded although last night was so bad that I couldn’t even think straight, not knowing who to blame or so but allow me this opportunity to say the following;

Thanks a lot for showing some real LOVE to this team and as upset and pissed some of us are, it leaves my heart sore to see of us calling for the Coach’s sucking after 7 league games in charge.

I think it is of our right to express our dissatisfaction on the technical side of the team for what looks like favouritism in the Mabena regard as most of us had been saying but lets please hold hands together and support the Team with great reasonable thoughts of improving our team than having to call another coach as the current one is yet to lose the battle but lost some fights.

I’m not an admin or an Orlando Pirates official or anything related to that, I’m just a supporter who loyalty commits himself to supporting this team, especially now that we are down, our support is very VITAL so I plead with you all to play your part (supporting)

An Open Letter to Kaizer Chiefs

Dear Kaizer Chiefs,

George Lebese was a shining example of someone that wants to play for Kaizer Chiefs - a player that knows what it is to wear the black and gold, a player that still respects our badge.

I think all Khosi supporters will agree. Now I have 3 simple questions for supporters and Kaizer Chiefs management.

1. Has Siphiwe "Shabba" Tshabalala really risen to the occasion or does his reputation precede him? Is the real reason he hasn’t gone to Europe got to do with his work ethic and poor finishing?

2. How many times must we watch Sthembiso Ngcobo miss golden opportunities? When has his introduction ever influenced the complexion of a match? Why does he look so tired and uninterested?

3. For how long will we blame the coach? What can Vladimir Vermezovic do if Josta Dladla and co feels its ok to just jog casually next to their opponents instead of closing them down at every opportunity?

4. If we cannot show our might against First National Division quality teams, when will Siphiwe "Shabba" Tshabalala, Reneilwe “Yeye” Letsholonyane, Sthembiso Ngcobo, Lucky Baloyi, Bernard Parker, Lehlohonolo Majoro and all these first class quality players ever show that they are worth every cent?

Kaizer Chiefs management need to realize that more and more of us are watching international football and frankly, we are tired, half hearted performances from top flight sides like Kaizer Chiefs.

We are no longer travelling to watch our beloved team until we see a consistent change in team performance and until the players display more enthusiasm and desire to win EVERY SINGLE MATCH.

Not good enough Amakhosi, not good enough. . . .

Regards,
On behalf of thousands of Very Unhappy supporters.

adidas launches adizero f50 Powered by miCoach

adidas Launches adizero f50 Powered by miCoach – The World’s First Football Boot with a Brain

Today, adidas unveiled the world’s first intelligent football boot, the adizero f50 powered by miCoach.  Soon to be made famous as the ground breaking ‘football boot with a brain’, the 2011 adizero f50 is bringing smart technology to the field of play.

Football is faster than ever before and the need for speed has never been greater. Now powered by miCoach, the adizero f50 is not only the fastest boot on the planet, it is also the smartest. miCoach turns the adizero f50 into the ultimate digital training tool by letting you track and upload performance data including speed, maximum speed, number of sprints, distance, distance at high intensity levels and time.

The adizero f50 boot includes a cavity in the outsole unit which houses the revolutionary miCoach Speed Sensor. The miCoach Speed Sensor captures 360° movement and measures key performance metrics including speed, average speed (recorded every second), maximum speed (recorded every five seconds), number of sprints, distance, distance at high intensity levels, steps and stride rates. The on-board memory stores all your measurements during your game or training for up to seven hours and then wirelessly transmits the on pitch performance data to your tablet, PC or MAC.

The stats can then be shared with friends on Facebook, introducing a fun and competitive edge to training as stats can be compared between yourselves, or even with adidas professional players such as Leo Messi, as they upload their personal results. The stats can also be uploaded to existing training plans via the miCoach website, which are then built into the personalised coaching programmes that miCoach technology creates specifically for you.

And the revolution continues in 2012 when you will be able to play the miCoach football video game online using your own real-life abilities. Whether online or in the stadium, the adizero f50’s electrifying, speed-inspired looks will leave zero doubt as to who is the fastest.

adidas Vice President of Global Football, Markus Baumann said “We have been working to develop a boot with a brain for some time and what we have produced will revolutionise the football industry. What makes the boot unique is that for the first time you will be able to compare yourself to some of the best players in the world’’.

The launch of the adizero f50 also heralds an exciting new stage of development for miCoach technology.  miCoach technology has always proved adidas’ position as market leader in the use of data in sport to enhance athlete performance and the introduction of miCoach in the adizero f50 clearly demonstrates the capabilities of capturing and evaluating every athlete’s performance by making it available to all.

“Data has been monitored and evaluated to increase performance in elite athletes for many years. adidas will now bring this service to the consumer, firstly with the launch of the adizero f50, and then through a further range of intelligent products capable of storing, monitoring and evaluating performance on the field of play” commented Simon Drabble, Director of Interactive Technology at adidas.

The adizero f50 includes other key adidas technologies including Sprintweb, which provides stability during high speed movements, Sprintskin, a revolutionary single layer synthetic for incredible ball-feeling and reduced weight and Sprintframe, which uses geometrics and a new stud construction to offer the perfect balance between lightweight and stability. The adizero f50 is also lightest in class, weighing in at only 165g.

The new adizero f50 powered by miCoach will be available at adidas own retail outlets and specialist stores worldwide from November in high energy / electricity / white and black / warning / electricity at €210. Additionally, the adizero f50 miCoach bundle is available from wholesale outlets at €245 and includes a pair of adizero f50 boots (in colurways as before), a Speed Sensor and a smart device dongle miCoach CONNECT for iPod and iPhone as well as the miCoach CONNECT for PC / MAC.

Debate: We won’t win the league under Leal

Tshepo Tshex Vilakazi says : I did say this a long time ago, but my fellow Pirates supporters told me we should gave Julio Leal a chance, well I will say it again Leal is beyond useless and no matter how many chances you gave him he will not deliver, we were promised good football do you all see it? Because I don’t. Yes Ruud Krol couldn’t beat our rivals but he made us happy hence our name 'Happy People' was re-lived, you can’t take someone who failed at smaller team and think can control the champion’s ship.

Mpho Mathye
Sometimes I look at posts and can see that some people here never played sports they just love soccer they don’t understand what it’s all about, there is more to soccer than the actual match day... I did say when everyone was happy when pirates was winning that, we must not expect much from the new coach as its his first season, new staff, style of play to get used to etc, pirates will lose sooner or later, if it was Krol it would’ve been a different case... Leal has a performance clause in his contract, let’s wait and see # UP the BUCS!

Phumzile Fiveskipas Manganye
Mpho I don’t think people have a problem when a team loses once in a while but three looses in seven matches? We should really be concerned if are ship is sinking o not, yes its still early but we the rate we going on its just bad... we can't score goals hence even when we win its a one nil when other teams score more goals... how are we to defend the title?

Thabelo Khiba
It looks like it hasn't sunk in your heads. We lost 3/7 games, we scored 6 in 7 games and conceded 5, we are number 8, we collected 1 point from our last 3 games, we keep using the same striker who has made missing sitters his specialist, week in week out, from January it's going to be extremely difficult with us also competing in Africa, if we can't collect now, we might as well release the trophy to Pretoria.

Mashudu Owen Mundalamo
Bhakaniya it is too early to press a panic button... losing is part of football. We are still within a league championship winning range. However, we need to improve on our away performance. Football is a team work and the coach can’t be blamed alone… let’s give our coach all the necessary support. He is a master tactician with proven tactical and technical ability. We shall weather the storm Bhakaniyas!

Xoliswa Vilakazi
My problem Mashudu we keep on saying early days… NO! We need to win games… it’s never too early to start winning. I know you lose some and win some, but every game counts. They really need to pull up their socks. This sucks big time, it leaves a lot to be desired!

Netshitomboni Mukoma Digger
The only thing I never understood was why Krol was fired just coz of his playing philosophy, yes it was not right but since when do we have to care much of playing style than getting results, juju honestly we played a fantastic soccer for a decade not forgetting the likes of Kostadin Papic as a coach, wasn’t that football interesting? But what did we get at the end of the day? Didn’t we lose twice against Kaizer Chiefs dominating the games? What did it mean? Chiefs does play flop diski but snatch cups, so now we won treble we starting to miss the point, we played boring football last season but we now have 3 cups which we so proud of, guys do you want Pirates to win the trophy of best team of the season rated from style of play or u need us to be champs? I need cups and how I don’t care, I need good results.

Mashudu Owen Mundalamo
Xoliswa Vilakazi, am disappointed and we are throwing away crucial points so early… this is going to come back to haunt us. Last year, we did the sooner the better but this year that tough is get going.... There is a serious problem in the team... It’s more of new philosophy implemented.... The coach tactics have deviated from Krol Philosophy. I thought that he is going to build from Krol foundation but now he is starting from scratch and it’s going to take time for boys to adjust. However, we are still at the right track.

Thabelo Khiba
Mashudu my juju, wake up, we look lost in the field of play, we don't look like champions, if we can't beat the small teams, who are we going to beat? I will put my head on the block today and say we will NOT defend this title, the sooner I accept that the better for my well-being. Where are the goals and entertaining soccer that Leal promised? I blame Leal fully for our performance, we have reinforced the squad very well this season, our coach's thinking seems to be as slow as his talking, he needs to be quick in shuffling things for the good of the team.

Mashudu, what right track are you talking about champ, losing 3/7, not giving every player a chance while it's clear somebody is not producing, being in 8th position & continuing a downward spiral, scoring 6 in 7 games, collecting 1 of the last 9 points, sliding down the table, not scaring the opposition anymore. I could continue, unfortunately my battery is low; give you more in about 2 hours. I will not be like Siwelele, will not cheer the boys out of the Top 8, as one juju jokingly said " let's cheer the boys, as they slide down the log". Damn, I'm still angry and in pain.

Ashley Mzolo
Do I feel like we are a bit spoilt, wanting to win always? Are u not the same people wanted Krol fired? The next he won a treble. Are we practicing the same impatience? Is Leal not a new coach? Is he not supposed to be given a chance? Last time u were rejoicing the top 8 win. We haven’t even received the prize money but you’re already pressing panic buttons. I will support this team till the coach finds a winning combination. Dankie OWEN a true juju. I REST MY CASE!!! Dankie O!

Matseleng Bhakajuju Lekgothoane
Bhakaniyas, we all know that a lose to Maritzburg United and Kaizer Chiefs does not lie with Leal but South African referees while the draw to Mamelodi Sundowns lies with poor performance and not convincing substitution tactics. While loose to Free State Stars was due to lack depth in fielding good combination of players like Mabena with others. Guys never compare Leal and Krol. Yes with Krol we won the League that seemed not obvious that it was going to be taken to Mayfair. Patience and lets support the boys along Leal. In better and worst till we become ancestors!

Harrison Robinson
Ha ha ha I like for the Pirates Champ... things will change for the better as time progresses. I mean it took two seasons for Pirates to blow hot under Krol and we should expect the same from Leal as well. He's not a bad coach nor do we have average players. Change comes with its hardships and challenges; and that's what our team at the moment is facing.

Absa Premiership result:
Free State Stars 1-0 Orlando Pirates

Debate: Vermezovic is killing Amakhosi

Peter Mathebula says: If you see nothing wrong or pretend as if things are going well forget about seeing Kaizer Chiefs prevail this season. Chiefs is lead by a deaf person and the team manager (Bobby Motaung) is way too much off. Chiefs need new mentor, a person who can relate to our culture and help our players and a manager who will open his cheque book good centre backs and a quality striker to compliment Lehlohonolo Majoro. And to those who call themselves supporters you just arrogant and scared to speak out and with that mentality I can tell where you going, you going down with Vladimir Vermezovic. When a child is naughty punish him/her if you keep quiet before you know it will be too late.

Wandile Mtana
I'm not scare to speak my mind (I don't beat by the bushes), I stand what I believe is the best for my beloved team. It’s premature to blame VV for Yeye (Reneilwe Letsholonyane) blunder and players not using their opportunities - let's not be scare to point fingers where the problem is and stop dragging coach name in the mud. We lack composure (we dominate the game but no killer instinct upfront)
I arguably regret the theory clamor around accuse VV for team catastrophe.

Norman Dnomza Mampane
Undermining the opponents won’t take us anywhere and that what the players did yesterday, as for Bobby I agree with you...

Thozie Khosilady Sapo
The 3 fingers are pointing at you Peter, while you are pointing at VV I'm wondering what kind of a person you are.

Mpho Makhura
But Khosis our players are disappointing us big time, the goals Godlen Arrows scored it was our mistakes and we need to stop lambasting the coach, our players need to take their job seriously, like us we support them whether loose or win, so disappointed about the loss - Rise Khosi Rise!

Sakhi Khosi Magadla
Even if the coach is at fault, it is premature for us as fans to take any managerial decisions; the coach will most likely be giving a progress report during this break to the management.1/4 of league games played there should a progress report and a feed back to us. Which should on the chairman's report to us next week? Calling for sacking of the coach is BASELESS, as this is not a MICKEYMOUSE ORGANISATION. LOVE YOU KHOSI!

Peter Mathebula
Lol Thozie you will remain pointing those fingers and the truth while is eating you. VV and Mazinyo (Ernst Middendorp) there's no difference - when Mazinyo came to Chiefs he did the same sh!t VV is doing and the team will be punished forever as long VV is in charge forget about wining anything this season period. Chiefs got quality players and an arrogant coach and blind supporters. VV is stubborn!

VV lost his touch I’m telling you and this is affecting the whole team. The guy got no clue and game plan. The squad is very strong but they are being destroyed by the guy who is supposed to be a father figure to them. There’s no relationship between him and the players. And if I may ask why does he keep changing the wining combination. Look how well we played against Orlando Pirates and won that game. The following game we see a different team. As long VV is starting Tinashe Nengomasha ahead of Lucky Baloyi forget.

Keaobaka Moses Mokakale
Let’s stop pointing fingers and support the team, yes I believe we undermine other teams sometimes, but the problem with VV is he has his own players, some are not performing but still playing 90 minutes. Letsholonyane caused us a game yesterday, and we cannot depend on Nengomasha forever we have a player like Willard Katsande why not utilise him?

Johannah Motswane
Blaming Vladimir Vermezovic is not ayoba, why don’t you see that our players are disappointing us big time. I take all the blame to the players…

Mteza Mapinda
No coach will survive with players who have no ambition. The fact that we are known for struggling with small teams can't be attributed to coaches but players who are not ashamed to lose to them wearing that jersey. The problem doesn't lie with coach; I don't know people are failing to recognize that coz we've seen with flops and Bafana Bafana (who have had over 10 coaches over the last 10 years).

I have to agree with you on Tinashe's issue but then the coach will be lambasted for that change when things don't go right. We also need to drop Siphiwe "Shabba" Tshabalala and Josta Dladla for George Lebese and Mandla Masango. I would rather watch them making mistakes while trying than those uninterested players.

Tito Silihasa
Clearly there is a problem be it with players or coach but they all need to be called into order, an emergency meeting to please explain what is their problem or we will keep on blaming this and that player every game, senior players couldn't step up when needed but the youngster did. I’m blaming the whole team, were all flat footed... its nice how we forgetting that player power is something that is here to stay more especially in big teams - look at AmaZulu, do they have bad players? No, Kaizer Chiefs has best players people.

Wandile Mtana
Well said Tito but everyone must take responsible for team down-fall. I've read VV interview in Amakhosi magazine: he emphasized that his target is to collect maximum points from small team
I believe our League destiny is in their (small teams) hands.

Mxolisi Joloza Ndlangisa
I honestly believe we as Chiefs fans are a bit retarded sometimes why do we always blame the coach? Did the coach drop the ball from a lame shot? Did the players in the first half show desire to win? Did the coach miss the penalty? Didn’t the coach introduce the player who scored if you believe your comments about there coach are valid challenge me and stop mentioning Nale as he never delivers he plays like a worse than woman on period pains.

Sir-Thabo Strauss Makweya
I don't think VV would have survived during the times of Scara Ngobese (RIP), Junior Khanye, Thabiso “Skappie” Malatsi etc because he doesn't like Mthokozisi Yende's style of play... Chiefs doesn't have a flair no more. Direct football is not South African style, e.g. Brazilians play samba football and they've achieved a lot... why can't we play Tsamaya? Lastly please tell me the formation that VV plays because we seem to have no wingers.

Wandile Mtana
Where's KAIZER CHIEFS FC PRO to intervene and calm down the fraternity :-) the peace loving people are divided with Vladimir Vermezovic fade...

Absa Premiership result
Kaizer Chiefs 1-2 Golden Arrows

Sundowns will return to 'their rightful' place

Mamelodi Sundowns beat Bloemfontein Celtic... and an ordinary yellow fan will jump up and down celebrating the three points whereas a PFE (Pure Football Experts) member would look at the game with two fronts...

Firstly, if truth be told, it doesn’t look like Sundowns are able to deal with their weakness, once again, they appeared flat for the better part of the second half, though slightly better, one might argue that had Celtic taken the initiative to attack vigorously they’d have walked away with the three points.

Furthermore, that defence is horrible, it is in fact deteriorating; Wayne Sandilands, Method Mwanjali, Ramahlwe Mphahlele, Clayton Daniels and Siyanda Xulu are shocking... they’ve turned into liabilities.

Then, there’s another view, looking at Sundowns, there seems to be a lot of promise surrounding that team, it looks as though Johan Neeskens is working on some sort of magic, and one gets the feeling that, should he get it right, Sundowns will return to 'their rightful' place... and one would look at the collection of points as a bonus, if a team is not there yet but still manage 2 maximise points...

As for Ajax Cape Town been thrashed by Usuthu, no surprises there... if you know your football you’ll know why.

Tuesday’s Premier Soccer League games:
Mamelodi Sundowns 2-1 Bloemfontein Celtic
AmaZulu 4-0 Ajax Cape Town

Maybe some of you will remember that a couple of years ago, Bobby Motaung was recorded on both TV and Radio as saying, I will paraphrase, Chiefs belongs to the Chiefs owners… He sarcastically asked a journalist "who's team is it this one..."?

I tell you guys, there is such an awful arrogance on the part of Bobby Motaung. In as much as we understand that the team belongs to his family, it was awfully wrong for him to utter such insensitive comments.

When you look at what is happening right now and link it with what Bobby said, you will just conclude that supporters are treat as sh**t at Kaizer Chiefs. Look at other teams; Mamelodi Sundowns or Orlando Pirates, those clubs have their supporters’ interest in whatever they do. Truth be told, Kaizer Chiefs management has this complacency. We sacrifice our last cent to go to Chiefs’ game and this is the kind of treatment we receive in return.

Our worry is not because we have lost two games in a row; our worry is that if things stay like this, Kaizer Chiefs will not win a single trophy this season (2011/12). Remember that we have already lost 3 trophies. If you ask me, what is Vladimir Vermezovic's vision for Kaizer Chiefs? Where are the young players, your Abia Nale, George Lebese, Lucky Khune and Ntombentle Mateza?

Where is Chiefs going to be in the next 5 years? What happened to the Development Academy? Why buying so many foreign players? What happened to Chiefs' tradition to nurture local talent?

God bless Kaizer Chiefs!!!

Issa Hayatou and CAF - a complete joke!

It gives an awkward feeling every time one thinks about the injustices that CAF officials get away with. We share our disgruntlement in our own closed compounds and hope that things will change for the better.

Recently the SPORTFIVE and broadcasting houses issue have reached the summit. I think we are all aware of the hassles that the SABC had to go through to secure a Bafana match. Things were not always like this. Some SAFA official signed off the broadcasting rights to CAF and CAF signed the rights off to SPORTFIVE, who then gets left out in the cold? The broadcasting house of course.

It’s also interesting to note that Ibrahim Hayatou (The son of Issa Hayatou) is a vice president of SPORTFIVE. Irrespective of how we look at it, this is nepotism in the highest degree. Either way Hayatou gets to benefit on the multi million dollar deal between CAF and SportFive. This deal goes on till 2016, so there's still more than 5 years of being milked by SPORTFIVE AND CAF.

SPORTFIVE is a foreign French company. The AU has been stressing a lot about gaining independence from European assistance, yet our highly educated CAF morons decide to give the rights to a French company. If there was no catch this wouldn't have been done at all. South Africans would previously throw stones and stand against furious resistance, but the silence in this regard is appalling. Is it because we have a puppet as a SAFA president? We are a very smart nation to be reduced to the kind of people SAFA is making us to look like.

How everyone has turned a blind eye to the corruption Hayatou has been doing is just amazing. The documentary film Panorama exposed Hayatou and other 2 FIFA officials in a corruption scandal. They have received bribes from INTERNATIONAL SPORT AND LEISURE (ISL). ISL was awarded a lucrative deal for marketing rights in the World Cup. FIFA like usual were reluctant to investigate and Hayatou is still here. This sounds familiar to what we are going through with SPORTFIVE at the moment. His son is the Vice President of SPORTFIVE, isn't that enough ammunition to bring this corrupt man to book?

FIFA itself as an organisation is a corrupt entity. I hated promoting www.transparencyinsport.org because I thought the site lacked objective, but then I still wonder why corrupt officials are still kept in high regard.

CAF's tournaments pay little. You look at the CAF Champions League and how pathetic it is when compared to other Champions Leagues and wonder where all the money is going to.

Bottom line, we all have been quiet over what CAF is doing and will still do, hence there won’t be any changes in African football. Which organisation tried to stand up to Hayatou when he banned Togo for the African Cup of Nations when they had experienced trauma in Angola?

We love corruption so life will go on as usual.

PUMA Signs Falcão!

We're delighted to announce the signing of La Liga hotshot Falcão! The Colombian striker has committed his long-term future to PUMA and is the latest international star to join us, following hot on the heels of Sergio Agüero.
Falcão, who is also Atlético Madrid’s record signing has made an explosive start to his La Liga career – scoring five goals in three games this season. Wherever the striker goes he seems to break records; from his astonishing 17 goals in Europe last season to finishing top of numerous goal-scoring charts, he seems to end up making history! The skillful South American is in good company at team PUMA and joins Sergio Agüero, Samuel Eto’o, Mario Gomez, Ibrahim Afalley, Loic Remy in wearing the PUMA v1.11
Falcão said; “I have made two great moves this past couple of months, one to Atlético Madrid and the second to sign this partnership with PUMA. Both are big steps towards moving my career forward and achieving my goals. I have always had big ambitions in football – I am proud to be playing in La Liga, and working with PUMA on the global marketing campaigns they have developed is very exciting for me. I fully believe in the plans they have developed, and love the PUMA v1.11 boots.”
Welcome to PUMA, Falcão!
Can Falcão top the La Liga goal scoring charts in May? Will he add some more medals to his overflowing trophy cabinet?

I support u boys in every game and continue with your job playing good - get the maximum points. As kaboYellow no luck play well. Shaaaaaaapa Sandawana!

Motsepe Mampye
As a Sandawana I wish we collect maximum points quite crucial at this stage. Also tempted to say they improve on their game, we need to be more offensive and shoot at the goal post. Stats show that we didn't do well in that department when we played pirates. Over all good improvement. ''Ha ke sheba T-shirt ya Downs pelo yaka e tlala lethabo ahuu heeeeyelele mama ahuu yee I yelele mama'' *singing*

Oarabile Tlhale
Celtic is a very solid team but I’m very confident that we`ll get a positive result, a re yeng Masandawana!
