One heart, one Way

I am a South African. SAFA is not going to take that away from me, nor make me unpatriotic. I love my beautiful country. Bafana Bafana is our pride. They will represent all of us come 2010. I can’t wait. The road to 2010 has long started. This team needs our support. Let us create the vibe around these boys so as to make them perform to the best of their ability. They are our hope, our future and they are a mirror of South African football. They are my Bafana as much as they are your Bafana.

Most African countries do not beat us because they play better. I mean Guinea are not too good for us. The thing is when they play home; they have immense support, the twelve men. When they are away they know that the whole country is behind them all the way. As they walk onto any pitch in the world, they’ll know… they are carrying hopes of many behind. This is what Bafana needs, and we sure can give them that.

The squad selected is the best we have; no it’s the very best. I look at it and I can’t wait to see them take the pitch against anyone in the world. From today I am fully behind this team, win or loose. I hope this team stays together till 2010. With our support behind them, I can safely say, to the world, 2010, here we are. Unfortunately for Guinea, they are the first to face this mean Bafana ba Mzansi. I urge all of us to rally behind this team.

From now if they leave the country they should be properly send off, like heroes they are. Secondly ask our coach, through a translator, "Please coach, keep this team, our team, this squad, this Bafana, together till we reach the semifinals come 2010, for if you do that, we will go far beyond second round come 2010."
